When looking up on how many NFL players are vegan, one person in particular overwhelmingly appeared. The New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is a five-time Super Bowl Champion, four-time Super Bowl MVP. Today, Brady will be playing his eighth Super Bowl. Brady has become very vocal about rethinking the way athletes train and eat. Although not 100% vegan, Brady's -- along with his supermodel wife Gisele Bündchen -- diet is 80% plant-based, 20% lean meat. It's no wonder on can hardly tell this man is 40.
